This Privacy Policy explains how NOOR RENEWABLE ENERGY CO. (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Naqaa mobile application and related services (the “App”).

  • Email address
  • Password (stored in encrypted form via Firebase Authentication)
  • Optional phone number
1.2 Device & Usage Information
  • User ID assigned by Firebase
  • Device information (e.g. device model, operating system version, app version)
  • Log and usage data such as screens viewed, actions performed, and timestamps
  • Crash and performance data (e.g. error reports, diagnostics)
1.3 Subscription & Payment Information
  • Subscription status and product identifiers (for example, premium monthly plan)
  • Transaction identifiers and receipts provided by Apple and/or Google

We do not receive or store your full credit card number. Payments are processed securely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play).

1.4 Sensor & Water Quality Data
  • Readings from your connected devices (e.g. pH, dissolved oxygen, temperature, water level, and other water quality parameters)
  • Device identifiers you assign (e.g. tank names, fish farm names, device aliases)
1.5 Communication Information

Information you provide when you contact us for support (such as email address, screenshots, and message content).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • To create and manage your account.
  • To connect your mobile app with your monitoring devices and display water quality data.
  • To send notifications and alerts (for example, when water quality values cross your thresholds or when a device goes offline).
  • To provide subscription features, verify purchases, and manage your premium access.
  • To monitor and improve the App’s performance, reliability, and user experience.
  • To provide customer support and respond to your requests.
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Use.

We do not sell your personal information.

  • The performance of a contract (to provide the App and its features),

    • Firebase (authentication, database, analytics, crash reporting)
    • Apple App Store and Google Play (for processing in-app purchases)

We do not share your data with third parties for their own advertising or cross-app tracking.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you the App. We may retain certain information longer if required by law or to resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.

Water quality and device data may be retained according to your subscription plan and our internal storage policies.

You may request deletion of your account at any time (see “Your Rights” below).

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including:

  • Encryption of data in transit and at rest where appropriate,
  • Access controls on our systems and databases, and
  • Regular monitoring for abuse or unauthorized access.

However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our servers and service providers may be located in different countries. By using the App, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in countries that may have different data protection laws than your country of residence.
